Do you need any support help with your Hosting?
- We are responsible for maintaining and supporting the service at a server level, we aim to keep availability and uptime of a 98-99% for all our hosting servers and related services.
- Any issues originating beyond this point, such as with client hosting admin access or changes made within your environment, fall outside of our standard support scope.
- In cases where support is requested for issues not caused by the JABI server infrastructure, or where the root cause is determined to be on the client’s side, the time spent will be considered billable at our standard support rates.
Hosting Upgrade or Downgrade info – JABI is happy to facilitate service upgrades or downgrades depending on your current needs. All our hosting services listed in the JABI client portal can get these changes done within your Client Portal. https://www.onlycloud.co.za/myaccount/login .
Our sales team can facilitate an upgrade or downgrade service change with you if you are unable to make these changes manually. We charge a flat administration fee of R200.00 inc Vat fee to action this on your behalf with written permission coming from the account holder’s email address.
